Team meetings and project updates are critical in management consulting as they ensure alignment and coordination among team members. They facilitate the sharing of key insights and progress as well as enable timely identification and resolution of issues.

Most of your communication will be through email so it is important to be available and provide quick responses to all the messages that you receive each day.

What is your role?


  • Facilitator: Guide the meeting to ensure discussions are productive and the team is focused on key objectives.


  • Communicator: Share updates on project progress, deliverables, and any issues that need addressing.


  • Problem Solver: Identify any roadblocks or challenges and work with the team to develop solutions.
